The Facility & Procurement Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and cost‑efficient operation of all freight forwarding facilities—such as warehouses, cross‑dock locations, offices, and transport hubs—across the Netherlands and Belgium.

This role manages all facility operations, maintenance, HSE compliance, warehouse infrastructure, and procurement activities, including contract negotiation for logistics services, equipment, and suppliers.

Strong knowledge of the forwarding environment (air, ocean, road, and warehouse handling) is essential.

The Operations Agent Hi-Tech will be responsible for a multitude of global operational duties including quoting, tracking & tracing, vendor/agent relations, problem resolution, and high-level customer service. Special expertise and experience in international air operations, QMS compliance, ocean service liaison and report generation.

The Operations Agent is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day import/export of (international) freight forwarding shipments through road transportation based upon customer requests.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating, expanding, and managing an account base specifically within air and ocean freight services. You will identify and develop new business opportunities while executing a strategic field sales plan to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong market knowledge, proactive relationship-building, and the ability to present tailored freight solutions that meet diverse customer needs.
