Overview

 
We are looking for a Warehouse Support to strengthen our team. In this role, you are an essential link within our logistics operations, ensuring that goods flows are handled safely, efficiently, and error‑free.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, checking, and registering incoming goods
  • Preparing, labeling, and making outgoing shipments ready for dispatch
  • Performing checks on quantities, packaging, and possible damages
  • Carrying out administrative warehouse tasks such as data entry in WMS systems
  • Cooperating with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely handling
  • Correctly processing documentation for air, sea, and road shipments (where applicable)
  • Supporting inventory management, cycle counts, and overall warehouse organization
  • Complying with safety regulations and contributing to a clean and safe working environment
  • Reporting deviations, risks, or opportunities for process improvement
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift or pallet truck (EPT), if certified

Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent level of education and thinking
  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage
  • You work accurately and have a hands‑on mindset
  • Ability to perform physical work and operate effectively in a time‑sensitive environment
  • Good command of English; Dutch is a plus but not a requirement
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with WMS systems is an advantage
  • Forklift or EPT certification is welcome, but can also be obtained through AIT
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Flexible, eager to learn, and highly focused on quality and safety
  • VGB security clearance (or the ability to obtain it) is required for this position
